General Customer Comments• I have had many travel experiences with agencies over the last 30 years and few (even those claiming specialist status) have given such good advice and service. • We were very happy with planning of our itinerary and the way in which you work together with the local agent. Everything was well-organised and well-coordinated, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to just enjoy everything this trip had to offer. Local Staff and Service• Exceptional. We had regular contact which was always very quick, we had all the information we needed as soon as we asked for it (although quite often we didn't even need to ask!) Both north and south India were fantastic and equally well organised. The driver in the north was great - he really made the trip in the north a fantastic experience. His English was actually a lot better than some of the guides and he told us so much about Indian culture and places of interest during the journeys. We really hope this feedback is passed on! Because it was so quiet they were able to give us all their attention.
