Hanoi’s Old Quarter is the epicentre of the city where the narrow streets are alive with merchants selling their wares, mopeds zipping past, bakeries and markets. You’ll stay in a cosy hotel right in the heart of the Old Quarter.
Sapa Train and Trekking
Walk through the terraced valleys which are home to many hill tribes, the scenery is captivating with lush rice paddies stepping down the mountainsides. You’ll spend one night with a local hill tribe family, giving you a genuine glimpse into life in the mountains. The following day you’ll head back to Sapa and spend the night in a comfortable hotel in Sapa town. An ideal experience for travellers who are able to walk 10-15km in a day and wish to get off the beaten track.

Anchors Away in Halong Bay
The majestic archipelago of Halong Bay lies off the north east coast of Vietnam. The region is composed of almost 3,000 limestone islands that rise dramatically from the sea. You’ll spend two days lazily drifting around the bay on a traditional junk boat, spending the night on board. You’ll anchor near the islands to visit caves filled with stalagmites and stalactites and swim in the refreshing waters.
Back in Hanoi
You’ll have a night in Hanoi to wind down after all your countryside adventures. On your last day, you’ll make your own way to the airport for your flight home.
